Grafa // Cafe Restaurant

What is life if we don't go cafe-hopping around town once in awhile? A very dull one, that would be.
Anyway, so I thought this little old-school cafe is a rather surprising find because no one would EVER expect indie cafes to pop up in SS15.

They have a wide selection to choose from. Everything from burgers to pastas to mee raja to red velvet cakes. Considering the very big portion they serve, I would say it's really reasonably priced!
Sarah and I had the same Chicken Chop, RM 15. It was so good. I love the mash potato, and I swear to God, the size of it was bigger than my fist- and I'm telling you, I have chubby hands.
Alexis had the Mamma Mia,RM12, sandwich and she was gushing about it the whole time we were there. You can imagine the goodness in between the toasted bread. I kinda wished I had four stomachs so I could eat her's too. See the side dish? I'm not an onion person, but I thought the onion rings were really juicy+amazing!
Red Velvet Cake, RM12. THIS. Both my friends went "MMMMMMmmmmMmm" (with their eyes closed) for a good 10 seconds. Nothing says foodgasm more that. I thought it was too moist for my taste, but that's just me. I love it's not too sweet though, so points for that! The cream cheese was lovely too.
I didn't do the interior of the cafe enough justice. Just imagine this space double the times more rustic/vintagey/indie/old-school/hipster than the photos. Gotta adore this place. A perfect place to talk the day away with your friends! <3 Have to come back to take more photos of their interior, and of course, it goes without saying, for the food. Remember to go with an empty stomach, or else you wouldn't be able to finish your food!

Three Little Pigs & the Big Bad Wolf

An alternative (and not to mention, creative) take of the restaurant's name, because I didn't think to snap a photo of it from the outside. You can't deny the genius in me.

So anyway, my buddy Flo and I decided to kick-start the first day of April and a Monday morning by having an amazing brunch because a happy stomach equals to a happy us. After much ravings from friends about how good this place is, we just have to give it a try, won't we? Off we trotted to the porky scene!

We were sorely disappointed by the food. OK. JOKES. Guys, give me a little break, there's just a few hours left of mischief that I can afford without being called childish. Alright, fine, call me whatever you want. Although, if I were to choose, I'll prefer the endearing term "Young at Heart"

What was I saying? So anyway, the food. It was so orgasmic. Really, I'm serious this time.
The Mighty Piggy Burger, RM24+ I don't think I've had better pork burgers around town. We didn't know what to order, so we went to see reviews online/foursquares and apparently this is one of the top favourites in the menu! It's not hard to see why. The patty was juicy and the egg+cheese+herbed mayo+everything nice made that burger absolutely yummeh. It's a little on the expensive side for a burger, but it's pretty worth it.

No one should ever leave this place without having a taste of The Wolf's Favourite,RM27+. No one. It's an unpardonable sin. A creamy carbonara with loads of smoky bacon, what more can you possibly ask for? Oh that's right, a silky poached egg ready to explode at the mercy of your fork's pointy tips. Glorious.
We wish we could order more off the menu, but the portion's really quite big! This place warrants a second visit! Gonna bring more people though, I have to try lots of other things and I can't do that myself! Really wanna try their leek soup, ALIEN INVASION (Don't they have very quirky names for their food?) and their breakfast dishes next! Saving up for it. The food here can be quite pricey but, damn, were they good.
Already looking forward to the next visit!
